➡️ For those who are safe, we have collected several effective ways to maintain war-life balance, which we managed to accumulate during this difficult time:
✅ Try to plan your tasks for the day. Try to complete at least three work tasks and three chores each day if possible
✅ Try to alternate work and rest. For example, try to take take a 5-minute break after every 25 minutes of work. Take a longer 20-30 minutes break after 4 such shifts
✅ Limit your social media time and try not to update the news feed. It is a good practice to create a schedule for those activities, like 15 minutes for social media in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening
✅ Get news only from official and reliable sources and share only reliable information
✅ Take care of your body and don’t forget about physical activity. Any minimal physical activity will give you some energy
✅ Eat regularly and follow a proper diet
✅ Let yourself get used to positive emotions and thoughts. Ask yourself what specifically comforted you today
✅ Try to help where you are useful and have the most experience and expertise
✅ Establish a routine, restore the rituals of a peaceful life, and plan for the future as much as possible
